Ben Cheng
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Cheng, an asset management executive specializing in cross-sector transformative opportunities, serves as CEO of C Capital. Leveraging his extensive venture capital and private equity background, he has driven high-profile investments in brands like CASETiFY (global tech accessories leader), XiaoPeng (NYSE: XPEV), Animoca Brands (blockchain innovator), UK-based consumer electronics maker NOTHING, and logistics firm Lalamove.

Mr Henry Lee is currently the Managing Director and Co-Head of Australia at C Capital, based in Sydney. In this role, he is responsible for the overall management of the Australian office, including transaction sourcing and investor relationship management with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) wholesale investors. Prior to joining C Capital in 2025, Mr Lee served as Director at Senry Funds Management from 2022 to 2025, where he managed fund portfolios totaling over AUD$300 million in assets under management. His responsibilities at Senry included investor reporting, investment opportunity analysis, and relationship management with key stakeholders.
